My Opinion

This is a well built property. Local planning laws only permit 1000 cu metres above ground and it is traditional for houses to be built with garaging/storage space below an apartment (in this case about the equivalent of two squash courts).

The house has fine views of the Foresta Umbra and Adriatic to the East however, a single insulated HT electric cable running in front of the house does detract from the view.

 

Asking price: 500,000 Euros negotiable.

In my opinion this price will not be met and I have indicated that to the owner who will be willing to negotiate.
