| My Opinion This is one of the better properties for sale here. Although not much to look at from the outside the upstairs apartment is light, airy, well designed and fitted. The fixtures and fittings are all high quality. The downstairs area is a bit more down to earth and very practical space. The present owner uses it mainly for wine-making.

Price guide: 200,000 Euros
In my opinion the asking price is very reasonable but probably negotiable. It is consistent with the area where vendors ask a minimum of 1000 Euros/sqm for finished property without land/vines. |
